Russia heatwave affecting air quality in Moscow

As forest fires continue to burn in ongoing heatwave conditions and drought in Russia, Moscow residents are struggling to cope with the thick smog that now hangs over the city. Death rates have increased and carbon monoxide levels are around 6 times higher than recommended healthy levels
