Italy has imposed emergency measures on businesses to conserve gas supplies as the death toll in the country has risen to 26 as freezing weather continues to grip the country and much of Europe.
An "emergency situation" is in place in southern Serbia where 70,000 villagers are stranded by snow.

In Greece, several villages near the Bulgarian border have been evacuated after the River Evros burst its banks.
This, as other countries including Bosnia, Hungary and Croatia battle the snow and sleet.
Bosnia is one of the countries that has been hit hardest by the cold weather in Europe.
Some communities are cut off because roads are blocked, so aid agencies are taking to the skies to deliver much-needed supplies.
